I waited 20 minutes for a single Combo Plate, and the restaurant was extremely dirty inside. There was a wet area on the floor, and no one put up a warning cone, except for an employee who had just clocked in. The tables were also dirty and weren't cleaned. I've eaten at Yoshinoya many times before, but this is the only location that has disappointed me. They also served very little rice. Overall, I'm not satisfied with my experience.
Customer service is not at its best. Came early on a friday morning.Young girl in the front gave me attitude.I had asked her for chicken well done and she responded we did it well done aready ! (with a demanding matter) I work in the hospitality industry so i know what is well done and what is not. Employees need to smile more and give their best service. Not coming back here again.
The customer service was rude, and it's important to let them know you have a rewards account before placing your order—god forbid you mention it afterward. I've worked in customer service for many years, and this has been the rudest experience I've ever had. They definitely need more training and should work on being friendlier.
If you wanna have a bad time Come to this store the cooks put the poorly cut meat on top of the poorly served rice and less than a serving, the medium raw rice seems to be given away for the way they serve a bit of food.I 'll come back just for get pictures of served plates and add them in my review Réservez une table maintenant
This place is freezing, hard to finish your food at this freezing temperature. I asked to the counter service person and reply NO I can't. and the bathroom too dirty.Clam showder soup is too watery.Definitely Bad experience for me
I couldn't edit my order or cancel it. Asking for light ice resulted in a drink that was mostly ice. What is that about? I recommend not coming here.
Some. BS asked for the orange chicken first time ever getting it and they only gave 4 damn pieces some BS I'm sticking to Panda Express
