Yoshinoya (lower Azusa Rd Santa Anita Ave) El Monte

This middle aged asian man always has such an impatient attitude. Previously, it is what it is. My order has always been accurate, so no complaints. Ordered in store today, but he got one order completely wrong. I didn 't realize it until I got home. I got (2) combo plates. He messed up part of the order on the receipt by writing NO VEGETABLES. I saw it on the LCD POS screen, so I asked him, So both orders come with vegetables right? and he curtly nods in assent. By the time I get home and open up my plate, that one plate has NO VEGETABLES and the tilapia had somehow become original beef. I checked my receipt to see if he messed up the protein choice. Nope. First of all the place isn 't air conditioned. Its as hot inside as it is outside.This was a most disturbing experience. I walked in, grabbed my wallet from my backpack and proceeded to walk over to order. The man at the register did not use his words but 'grunted ' at me and waved or pointed towards the soda...Im completely confused and say excuse me!? And he did the same thing again!! Im trying to talk to him what do you mean, what??? he just kept doing the same, he was being a total jerk and very rude.Im so incredibly uncomfortable at this point i just walk out. I will never go back to this location. Don 't care what his problem was, im a person and i did not deserve that .

I love Yoshinoya, but this place screwed me over on a cheesecake. I didn't notice until I got home, so I didn't get a chance to come back until a few days later but they said the Japanese or Korean lady that was working there that day wasn't working, so I never received my cheesecake. I ordered the XL combo with veggies on the side, but they gave me the same as if I ordered the regular combo, and there were practically no vegetables in the container. WHERE'S MY EFFIN CHEESECAKE?!!!?!???

Oh, and I should mention that the day I visited was incredibly hectic and busy. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes just to place my order, only to be told that my valid coupon couldn't be accepted. Even though my coupons weren't honored, I decided to go ahead and place my order because I didn't want to cause a scene. That was my last time supporting this location, and I wanted to save you all the trouble if you're considering using digital coupons here.

Not happy As I walked to this classic Japanese franchise, I was hoping for a better then McDs experience. I was greeted with a gentlemen. He seems very impatient to all the customers including me. Might be a bad day. ?The rice are still Very good!?

Food is good. But did not receive original beef with my food. As I Had ordered. I received original beef fat. Where 's the beef?! Very disappointing. Will not be going to this particular place again.

Worst clam chowder at any Yoshinoya. Watery and tasteless. The place smelled of mold. I do not recommend this place. I regret going there.

Not open till midnite drove there and was closed at 1145pm don't understand why it would say open if it isnt should be zero stars
