As soon as i got to the drive thru the person taking order seemed rushed eventhough there was no car behind us. As i got to the window they were unprofessional and seems to have a inside joke involving me that i was not aware of. I requested extra teriyaki sauce in which the cashier inform me that it was extra which i payed for the extra sauce. The cashier never mention that she was going to get them so it was assumed it was in the bag. To my surprise it was not in the bag. On top of the attitudes of the cashiers and my missing items (teriyaki sauces). The cashier had the audacity to go tell the manager Caesar that she had told me to wait and turn the whole narrative around not counting that...
I ordered food through the mobile app because the staff was ignoring me while taking everyone else's orders. As I waited, one of the female employees kept giving me dirty looks. I placed my order at 5:10 for just a single chicken bowl, but despite that, I had to wait 40 minutes while everyone who ordered before and after me received their meals. When I finally got home, the food was cold. I could tell that my chicken bowl, which was just sitting open on the back counter, had been left there to get cold. I called the restaurant to let them know, and they promised to replace it. However, when I went back, not only was my order not replaced, but I was also mocked, wasting my time. Do better, Yo...
So I?ve tried coming to this location two different times after work in the morning. The first time they told me they didn?t have any meat ready so I left. It was 9am and according to google, the yoshinoya website, and signs at their entrance, they open at 8am. I came back today and sat at the drive thru speaker w/ no reply until I decided to park and walk up to the restaurant and of course the doors are locked despite there marketing stating they open at 8am. Definitely a terribly run store. If it?s a chronic staffing issue then they should change their hours to let customers know before they waste their time at this location.
Went at night at about 10:30 pm, waited at the drive through for roughly 10 minutes before someone finally talked to me to take my order and I could see 3 employees standing around talking and laughing while I waited. The girl taking my order was very rude and wasn't paying attention. Got my order wrong even though she repeated it to me. Terrible service.

They were very rude and closed the drive thru while I was ordering. They closed it 45 minutes before their listed closing time and made me wait in line while they still served someone in front of me. Unacceptable
One of my favorite places to eat. Fast, cheap (with the coupons! , and good! Only issue is that sometimes the grilled steak is super oily. All the protein choices are fantastic, especially the shrimp.
Great service and I was even recommended a new dish, we went 6/4/24 around 9 pm I didn't get the woman name ? will come back soon the beef was delicious
I ordered a large chicken plate and was really disappointed with what I received. There was hardly any chicken on it!

They messed up my order and delivered it 25 minutes late, and everything was cold!
They used to give you bigger portions than now but the food is still pretty good.
