I got a coupon in the mail today and thought, I haven't been to Yoshinoya in a while let's go. ? I pulled up at the drive through and no one acknowledged me after 3 to 4 min, so I pulled up to the window and after 4 min of watching the girl take orders at the front counter. I realized I was not gonna get served. This is really sad and unprofessional. I worked in fast food for many years and it doesn't take nothing but a minute to tell someone hold on I'll be right with you or to look at someone and acknowledge them. This was not worth the drive across town. I can't rate the food because no one wanted to serve me. On a good note I did stop at Carl's Jr where they were super friendly and fast....
I spent 42.00 bucks on 2 meals and didnt get any ginger, didnt get the extra juice I paid for one the beef and the chicken skin was a burned which made it have a bitter taste. I was very disappointed. On top of that they didnt credit me anything because I didnt review it on the right area or something like that. Never the less I wont be ordering tht anytime soon. that was a wasted 42.00 I spent for something we didnt enjoy
If you like waiting 30+ minutes for your fast food then this place is for you! I 'm not sure what 's going on but this is THE SLOWEST Yoshinoya I 've ever been in my entire life! It 's like they actually fly to Japan to get the food or something.....needbetter management for sure!
So sad. Portions were soo small today. Rice was cold and hard. Seems like they didn't care making my combos. I order 3. Maybe I should have ordered and paid for 1 because that's how bad portion was. Sure had a lot of old rice. Very disappointing!!!

BEWARE: this location make you pay extra for the XL and yet gives you little food. : And definitely the most SLOWEST drive thru! It takes more than an hour to get your food, people cheats and don?t want to do their job
Stagg is always so fast and efficient here. Drive thru is fast and they always honor coupons. It's clean and well kept inside. The chicken bowls are always delicious and well served. Coming back Here for lunch again
Came in today and order some beef and rice and opened it immediately saw a long black hair gross so I was going through the beef saw 3 more long hair.. I end up throwing the food away so disgusting lost appetite..
Fast and friendly service. A little light on the meat portions from what im used to.. but still yummy.
