Yoshinoya Sun Valley

Not what I order I paid extra for stake and shrimp didn't get it didn't.. only 2 people running the restaurant one cook one cashier.. it's not their fault, managers need to hire more personal.. called several times no answer.. they are located in the valley I live in LA. How can I get a refund ? ?? So disappointed

The first time a while. While I was waiting, they screwed up the order for some people. Then someone came to help correct the orders and think mine would be right because it. I was missing things at home. Beef was disgusting. Big fails and will never eat again at Yoshinoya

No one answers the phone! I have often tried to ask a simple question before I drive past and waste my time! Phone rings only until it stops...

I have the normal Teriyaki bowl. It was okay to taste, they could add more chicken? Fast and good service.
