I grew up going here with my family, we were regulars and came pretty much weekly. I always loved it good food, good people. I actually preferred it over the Lantern at one point! I'm so sad to see this place go so downhill. The owner Jonas and his buddies get drunk, play vulgar music on the jukebox and laugh about it like 12 year old boys, all while customers are trying to enjoy their dinner/drinks. I actually witnessed an incident where Jonas' friend became aggressively drunk and almost started an altercation with a customer who tried to change an inappropriate song he had played on the jukebox. It was extremely disappointing to see Jonas defend his friends vile behavior and toward his own...

So much has changed. Only CASH (but ATM available on the inside). Was greeted by George the Bar Hund. The dog went around the bar/restaurant and was also seen behind the bar. The friend refused to eat there. It is a violation of the health code to have a complete kitchen and animals on site. Used to select large craft beer now only 1 or 2. Place had a great odour. Bathroom was disgusting and dirty. Pleasure that this place is fast on the hill!

This place is exactly as advertised. It's not really advertised. Totally under the radar. Most of my friends don't know it's here. But I was very happy when we got in. It is a colorful, lively, warm, welcoming neighborhood bar that serves food pub food without hipster preaching, and no bounty uncharge. I'd have dinner with my family or friends or see a game. We could use more places like this in this city.

Great food tucked away so only locals know about it! This place has been there longer than we've lived in Naperville and we just had out 31st anniversary here! There's a reason the place stays and others come and go...

This restaurant is fantastic. The food was outstanding. I highly recommend trying the burger and onion rings. I also had a great time chatting with George and bartender Robin.

One of the best kept secrets in Naperville. Definitely an old school bar with incredible burgers and onion rings. Only cash; but it is worth stopping at the ATM.
