I recently tried a new restaurant, Spice Workshop, for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and unique offerings in the area. Initially, I wasn't sure what to expect, and I found many dishes to be quite spicy! However, there are definitely options for those who prefer milder flavors. The restaurant is located on Central Road, with limited parking available in front of the shopping center. Inside, the space is fairly spacious. Just simply amazing authentic szechuan food. There aren 't many authentic chinese resturants around long Island, but this is definitely a must try. Theres still the American chinese entree portion but thats in the back of the menu. There 's ton of unique, flavorful dishes, taste inducing dishes to choose from. The thin slice pork belly was heavenly if u like bacon and all the dry pots was smoky and briming with zent. As jim carrey said in the MASK , it is SPICY.
What a wonderful find! You won't regret it trying this place out. Quickly became one of my favorite restaurants on Long Island. A traditional Chinese-Schezuan menu with American Chinese varieties as well. A perfect place to find those dishes that you didn't know were your favorites until you try something new! The kind, brave staff enhance the experience with knowledge of the menu and challenge the diner to try something new. Trust them. You won't regret it!
The food was incredibly delicious, and the staff was very friendly! The interior of the restaurant was pleasant, the dishes arrived fairly quickly, and the prices were reasonable. I particularly enjoyed the Szechuan-style dishes, especially the Mapo tofu, which is my favorite.

Wow, delicious! I've never tasted food this good. We tried the chicken with chili sauce (I'm not sure of the exact name), pan-roasted dumplings, and lamb with cumin. I can't wait to go back! The service was friendly and fast, too.
