So sad visited for Dim Sum many times and been really happy. Dinner however either has different cooks or rules for supply. Our Gai Laan veggies were yellow or just not fresh. Our egg plant hot pot had no flavour whatsoever. We ordered pan fried bean curd and were served deep fried. As for the black pepper pork steaks well beef arrived we questioned this and were offered a replacement but declined as it would have meant a long wait. As an apology we offered a free soft drink which we declined. Will not visit again for dinner.
We had to wait very long time for our food, food didnt came together, and the waiting time between dishes made us not excited for the next ones. The price is not equal to food. They took our duck inside and brought back a second dish with just a little bit shredded meat, may be save it for other orders. Stir fried duck is too salty, would be dangerous if you have high blood pressure. Staff is not friendly and quite rude. Our recommend is that you should not go there in order to avoid really bd experience.
We enjoy eating here, it is casual and the service could be a little quicker but the menu is extensive. They do not serve from trolley but you order from the menu. Cost is reasonable and usually 4-5 serves are good enough for our table of 3 or 4. Drinks are sometimes slow although there are plenty or servers around. We have never made reservations, walked straight in and shown a table. There are always plenty of Chinese eating here, so it must be ok.
We have been here a few times for dinner and absolutely love it. Every time we get something different. The yum Cha is very reasonably priced. Have got a hot pot before with Fried rice with the salty fish- loved it!The staff are so lovely and professional. Meals come out quickly and empty ones are cleared just as quick. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

I recently had a late business lunch at Yum Cha Cuisine in Westfield Garden City.WOW!!! Great food, well set up restaurant, very attentive staff. The food was sensational. Why go to a shopping centre food court when you can enjoy a full sit down meal for similar money.Take the kids, experience some culture that won't disappoint.
The food here is amazing!! I will definitely be back for more!! highly recommend its got such great variety, also nice to experience a different culture and the service was really great too.
I ordered a lunch time treat - Bar-B-Que pork spare ribs - they were no treat. I could not eat them. I would say 98% of the ribs were pure fat. I have never experienced food so off putting
Yum CHA OR Mum CHA as it was known Today was really good eating very much enjoyed the several lemon lime and bitters With VODKA!.
