The Philadelphia roll was delicious and offered excellent value. The Golden Gate roll was also outstanding. The Tonkotsu ramen was just mediocre—not worth the price, as I've made tastier ramen at home for a fraction of the cost. The spicy tuna roll was also just okay. It would have been improved if soy sauce had been included in our order. If you choose the right rolls, you’re likely to have a great experience.
We ordered the Salmon P1. Poke Salmon with 1 scoop extra tuna. It arrived with only 1 scoop of tuna, no salmon (was also missing cucumbers and had a enormous amount of seaweed salad). The Y6. California Roll was ok, though a bit warm. The A17. Lumpia (6pc) were ok, while the A2. Crab Rangoon (6pc) were good.
I wanted to try this to see what all the hype was about... I found the garlic to be somewhat bitter. I'm not sure what type of broth was used, but it was a bit more bland than what I'm used to with ramen. The noodles were perfectly cooked and the toppings were great, though!
