I have always been a fan of Yummy's Donut Palace because everything is so delicious. But today, they really went above and beyond. I'm not feeling well and stuck at home, so I ordered my lunch through DoorDash this morning. An hour later, a very kind woman from Yummy's called me to let me know that my order was ready, but no one had come to pick it up. I contacted DoorDash and they credited my account for the order and sent someone else to pick it up. I called Yummy's to thank them, and they said they would throw out my now cold bagel and make me a new one. The new bagel arrived still warm. It would have been easy for them to assume that I would just cancel the order, especially if they were...
We had a wonderful breakfast at Yummy's last Friday! The staff was extremely friendly and patient with the children. We will definitely be back for more of our favorite donuts - they are the best we've ever had. A big thank you to the staff at Yummy's for their warm welcome and exceptional service!
