The food is ok but I have rarely experienced such extremely unfriendly staff. I called there to order food to be picked up and wanted the number F1. I discussed the number F1 with the employee on the phone for at least 5 minutes because she simply didn't understand that I wanted the F1. When I wanted to pick up my food at the restaurant, I was supposed to get the number S1. I kindly pointed out that I wanted F1 and there was a misunderstanding on the phone and even apologized for the misunderstanding. I really apologized 5 times for the misunderstanding and said that mistakes happen and that a solution can be found for everything and please don't get so upset. The employees there then attack...
