My wife and I enjoyed celebrating our wedding anniversary at Z Tapas Lounge while dining on their terrace. The food was great! Enjoyed the Signature Z Tapas as well as our main courses. I chose the Parilla Pollo and found it very satisfying after the entrée. My wife enjoyed her order of Loup de Mer au lait de coco with a Surinam Cobbler cocktail! The sauce and spice levels were just right to accent the natural flavors found in their dishes. Our waiter was a bit slow this Friday evening, but he seemed very busy with a full dining room inside. I would recommend this restaurant to others interested in the style of cuisine.
C'est la deuxième fois que nous allons à ce resto. La soirée avait bien commencée avec un carpacio et un ceviche. Pour e plat principal, mon mari a pris un tartare de bœuf et moi des tagliatelles aux fruits de mer. Finalement ils n'étaient qu'aux crevettes mais c'était ok. Quel ne fut pas notre surprise lorsqu'une souris s'est promenée près de moi. Nous avons avisé le serveur du visiteur et que nous voulions quitter. Il a fait des farces sur la situation. Arrivé pour payer nous avons avisé l'assistante gérante qui s'est excusé. Le serveur en a remis en disant qu'il l'avait déjà vu derrière le bar. On y retourne? NON!
Place is very nice and staff is just perfect.We were there on a Tuesday around 7:30 PM a group of 4. We had some Tapas and very disappointed.Bavette...very sadly executed with Manioc fried in old oil (with fish taste). We got refunded for that item since it was inedible.One of our guest had the salmon tartar with unfrozen crouton... Salmon was great.My father ordered the seafood tagliatelle, that was the best thing on the menu and was quite enjoyableSadly we will never go back unless freshness and execution are both revised.
This restaurant has it all-- great food, cool decor and amazing service. Shout out to our super server Rachel.The great light fixtures, lighting, seating and pink piano were a feast for the eyes. The sangria and wine choices were great. We shared many talas...tacos, arepas, salads, etc. We started with a combo tapas platter and went from there. Everything was delicious including the passion fruit creme brûlée and cheese plate.Highly recommend!! Réservez une table maintenant
Le serveur devait nous apporter du pain, ce qu'il n'a jamais fait et après lui avoir rappelé il nous a dit que le resto de donne pas de pain. Certains Tapas avaient une sauce que nous aurions aimé ne pas laisser dans le fond de l'assiette.Le proprio était plus intéressé à prendre des photos de ses plats pour sa pub que de s'occuper du service.
Vacationing in Montreal our main aim was great food and we found it at Z Tapas Lounge! The salmon tartar and ceviche was amazing! The tacos had just the right amount of spice and hotness. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable, she even suggested breakfast spots for the next day. Highly recommended this great spot!
Für einen gemütlichen Abend zu zweit gut geeignet. Speisen und Getränkekarte gut sortiert, leider keinen kanadischen Wein auf der Karte. Ambiente schön und der Service hilfsbereit und freundlich. Preislich das teuerste Abendessen während unseres Montreal Aufenthalts.
The food was outstanding. The flavors were unique and super tasty!The service was terrific, special thanks to Stephanie. She was knowledgeable, helpful and a perfect host. This was our first visit and we were not disappointed. We will be back for sure!!! Réservez une table maintenant
