This spot will rock your socks off .. nice crisp bottom but not burnt , perfect amount of sauce cheese and toppings. Service at entry was eh just seemed like more kids who don't care about their jobs, but I ain't going to hate because the pizza was fire . And much better than the new center location. I've picked up a few large pizzas from New Center with a droopy soft center, not 1, not 2, but multiple.. I will return to this place every time .. if I ain't going to louis, I'm Hazel Park for a deep dish, I'm driving to sapinos all day every day
Specialty pizza: there’s melted chunks of mozzarella and broccoli along with little blobs of tomato paste rather than being spreaded evenly across the entire pizza as a typical American style pizza would. I like this pizza a lot because everything the proportion and variety of ingredients came together so perfectly, not overly cheesy nor being covered with too much sauce; it’s the kind of pizza that you can eat a lot of it
Decent NY style slice. Very thin, the crust is good and has a NU style sauce to cheese ratio but something about their cheese isn't right. It's ok but does not taste like it's 100% mozzarella cheese. For me this type of cheese blend prevents this pizza from being five stars.
Best pizza I've had in the Midwest. Delicious salads, warm olives, absolutely wonderful. Plus great customer service! My husband from NY, who loves New York style pizza was very pleased. Not quite NY Pizza Depot (for him) but terrific. Réservez une table maintenant
