First time at Za’atar, but definitely not the last time! The food was freshly prepared and excellent! Za’atar lived up to its name: every dish had a very special touch. The staff welcomed us as if we were invited to dear friends. The restaurant is small and simple, but warm and you just feel comfortable! A must for anyone who likes Lebanese food and appreciates authentic, warm hospitality! First time there but definitely not the last! Stay away…save your money…whatever you do, just don’t order humus-beiruti CHF 26 is a sham…OR, Kamounet-Banadoura…the owner is unprofessional scammer and his staff are partners in crimes….the food is unappetizing…this is NOT what Lebanese food is like…this food had never been to Lebanon.. Shot this freakin sham restaurant down.

Wir sind aus Bern angereist und haben das Lokal aufgrund der Kommentare auf tripadvisor im Voraus ausgewählt. Die Wahl war goldrichtig. Kleines einfaches sehr gastfreundliches Lokal. Das Essen wird mit viel Liebe zubereitet und hat uns super geschmeckt. Das Za’atar ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Hammer Essen! Der Inhaber ist sehr freundlich und um seine Gäste besorgt. Coole Lage wenn man danach noch etwas anstellen will...! Schade ist nur, man kann sich nirgendwo hinlegen um zu verdauen...!

Went here for dinner during the week. We arrived a little early, which wasn't a problem. Very friendly service, the food was served quickly and was very tasty!

Gutes Essen und das wohl netteste Personal überhaupt. Auf jedenfall besuchenswert, auch öfter als einmal, sollte sich je die Gelegenheit bieten.

Wir waren mitlerweile schon mehrmals hier essen und wurden nie enttäuscht. Gemischter Teller, Mezze Teller und Schawarma sehr lecker.

We made a special reservation and were ignored and left standing at the door. Then they left again. Very impolite.
