I visited the restaurant on Sunday and placed my order with a cashier named Aranzta. I politely asked for my receipt, to which she responded rudely. I ended up waiting for my order for an hour and 22 minutes, and when I finally received it, it was incomplete. When I pointed this out, she dismissed me, saying I was "uneducated." I tried to explain that her customer service skills needed improvement, but she simply told me to leave. As I walked out, I noticed another customer waiting in his car for his order, and she hadn’t even started preparing it for him. Overall, the service was terrible.
The best Mediterranean food we discovered years ago! We drove 50 miles just to eat there yesterday. We noticed Zaky's up and decided to find a closer one. We live in Banning and saw there's one in Fontana... we can't wait for one to open in Beaumont or Banning. We ordered the chicken shawarma, rice, and pickled beets, and it was absolutely delicious! My husband got the bowl and loved it. Thank you, Ron, for serving the best Mediterranean food around!!!
When I left the restaurant, they asked for my order details again. I've noticed that the service has been poor lately, and part of the meat I received was undercooked. When I inquired about the manager’s availability, the cashier informed me that they weren't on the premises and tried to charge me for the entire order again. They assured me they would resolve the issue and provide the right food.
I wrote a less-than-stellar review last year, but I have to say that things have really improved with the staff! Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful now. When I walked in today, a gentleman greeted me immediately, and I appreciated his positive energy! He seemed like he might be a manager or something because he truly transformed the atmosphere. You can bet I’ll be coming back!

I really love the chicken, and the rice is fantastic, but the steak is quite chewy. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. My order sat on the counter for 15 minutes before I had to get up and inquire about it, and by the time I received my food, it was cold. If it weren't for the food, I would rate this experience zero stars solely due to the terrible service.
The food here is outstanding and made fresh, and the customer service is excellent. I always look forward to coming here for lunch to sample their assortment of keto kabobs. While I might not be losing weight, at least I can stick to my diet with such tasty choices!
I ordered a beef and lamb shawarma salad, and it was fantastic! The meat was flavorful, and the vegetables were fresh and juicy. The Zaky sauce was spectacular. This was my first time dining here, and I really enjoyed the experience.
The rotisserie chicken was absolutely delicious! A quarter portion just wasn't enough for me! The staff were really friendly and helpful, making my first visit a fantastic experience. I can't wait to come back!
