We stayed with 4 adults and 2 kids one night in Matamba, two days in Phantasialand and had dinner and breakfast in Restaurant Zambesi. We had a perfect time and all staff members did a great job. The atmosphere in the hotel was just great. The rooms are very nice and the shower was the best ever in a hotel. I can not go in to private details, but our waiter and the restaurant manager in Zambesi gave us a great service we'll never forget. The quality and choises of the diner and breakfastbuffet are huge and eveything tastes very good. Also, during our check-out the person at the desk did go to the extra mile for us. situé dans l hotel africain du parc, ce restaurant buffet propose un cadre sympathiqueau niveau des points forts on un four on l on peut composer des mini pizzaet un choix de grillade avec des viandes de bœuf,poulet mais aussi croccodile autruche ou zebrele reste du buffet se limite à des legumes et salades africainesa noter la présence d un buffet enfant avec des plus classiques nuggets et patatesles points négatifsles desserts proposés essentiellement des verrines sont loin d etre extraorinaiire, idem pour les fromages (seulement 4 differents)les bonbons du buffet ne dataient clairement pas du jour , vu leur duretéle prix des boissons est beaucoup trop cher , 6.5€ la bouteille d'eau de 75...
we were here for the second time and again very enthusiastic. the chef told us very kindly the preparation of some food and also the rest of the staff was very friendly. the foods were fresh, the nice crunchy and varied.We visited the restaurant with our 3 year old daughter. what we found especially great was the possibility of child care during eating. for smaller children, there will be a bowling pool, climbing area, children's cinema and painting offerings, which are supervised by educational institutions. so mama and papa can also enjoy something in peace the atmosphere. also there is a great children's buffet. Conclusion: we will come back in every case soon ☺

Buffet varié, aux saveurs très originales, les plats sont bien présentés et l'ensemble est toujours propre.Concernant le restaurant, il est bien agencé, on reste dans le même esprit que l'hôtel ultra thématisé, le fait que la plupart des tables soient dans des petites « cases » rend le tout très chaleureux, convivial et intimiste en même temps. Les serveurs et serveuses sont polis et courtois. Attention cependant au prix, 28€ sans les boissons qui sont très chères il faut l'avouer !Mais bon, nous avons passé un super moment, à faire une fois lors d'un séjour à Phantasialand.
We enjoyed the buffet restaurant, perfect end of the day. It's a buffet restaurant, so you can take what you want. Some dishes are (African) spicy, others not. The price is at the same level as you would pay at a wok restaurant and that is what it compares best with.Best is to reserve your place at the reception in the morning. Basically each of the two Phantasialand hotels has a buffet restaurant and a normal restaurant. You can reserve to any of them even if you stay at the other hotel.
we were in the frame of a hotel stay in the restaurant. there were many exotic African specialties, life grill and flame cake, which was freshly prepared as desired. for me as a non-meater there were more than sufficient vegetarian foods. very nice waiters and waiters, good wine card. Although thought as a dining room of the hotel matamba, you can go through the skillful arrangement of the tables in separees also wonderfully "easily so" eating. in the case a reservation would be helpful.
we had dinner in this restaurant during our stay at the matamba, I love any type of cuisine and even here I ate really well, you can taste different dishes of African cuisine, if you are not lovers of this kitchen and better turn away because you risk not to eat anything, for all others instead the buffet costs 28€ per person drinks excluded, you should book to have the security to have the table.

lekker buffet restaurant met voldoende afwisseling. vooral de afrikaans ginte gerchten/stoofpotjes en u stant grill. let wel : veel iets specialere en/of afrikaans getinte justen wat wij alvast top vonden. prijs ok.
Très bon buffet très original africain avec beaucoup de choix mais décu de ne pas savoir ce que je mange car rien n'est écrit en français....
