Oh Zambies what happened? Customers in the store but staff be like The food is still amazing obviously but the wait times are horrible. Seems like there is only ever one poor person working at the front even when there is a massive line up. Weirdly though even when there is no line up I still end up just standing there for ages before being served. The last time I went in was the final straw. I joined the line of 6 people waiting and for 5 minutes we all just stood there looking at each other, no staff to be seen. I just left and won’t be coming back anytime soon.
came to get a simple regular burrito, meanwhile a lengthy 40 minutes after waiting for only two customers we were served, by the most possible slowest staff member i have ever experienced in any “fast food” restaurant. she has pink hair face full of piercings and the slowest scooping movement on the planet! not only this but a low vibe and no energy which should be a requirement for any face to face service. extremely disappoint in my experience. (however food was great as always)
My vegetarian friend and I ordered burritos, she got cauliflower and I got pork. The staff mistakenly labeled the pork burrito as "Cauliflower" and the cauliflower burrito as "Pork". Unfortunately, my friend had already taken a bite before we realized the mix-up, resulting in her accidentally eating meat for the first time in over 10 years. The delivery service was the only positive aspect of our dining experience.
The restaurant provides excellent service with a wide variety of options for lunch. The average price per person ranges from $20 to $40. The atmosphere is cozy and enjoyable. Overall, it is a great place to have a meal.

if I need a food to eat, this is always a way. really tasty and fill burritos, many healthy choices and a fair price.
