Zambrero - Réservation de table

I’m writing this after several bad experiences at Reynella Zambrero. Multiple aspects of the experience have made it frustrating and unpleasant, to the point where we will now actively avoid the store. In short, there is no consistency about the way the burritos are made, the service is exceedingly slow and mistakes commonly made. Different staff put different amounts of ingredients and this can seriously affect the end result. The same staff member will even put different amounts of ingredients or sauce on different burritos within the same order (I typically order between 3-5 at one time). I had a terrible experience today. I came around 11 o'clock through the trip on a Friday night and ordered a bowl with black rice, guacamole and verde sauce and got none of them. how dare they charge extra if they don't even the extras we ask or sauce?! I also ordered queensadillas and wow. didn't people know how to cook? the quesadillas were a chaos, 2 seconds roasted, we were the only people in the line and they couldn't get it right?! the nachos I ordered didn't come with Chipotle sauce that we were around!? if they weren't on camp or whatever, they could just tell us instead of giving us less what we paid. whoever worked on zambreros reynella at 11 o'clock on Friday at 11 o'clock. must a...

Ordered a burrito and nachos, the burrito was 100% incorrect when ordering they repeated it back twice correctly but still made it wrong!They didn't seem very switched on when we where ordering.When we called the store to fix the issue we where told to come back now (not an option as we where not near by now) or email the head office?Great to see the customer service is just as good as the food!!

The restaurant is just average, they skimp on the fillings. Last night my boyfriend specifically asked for only tomatoes and olives, no corn, but they only gave us corn and no tomatoes or olives. Réservez une table maintenant

The food was delicious and the portions were generous. Unfortunately, my order was missing 2 tacos, but mistakes happen. I was pleased with how the restaurant resolved the issue.

I had a fantastic time at Zambreros tonight! The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient, and the food is of excellent quality. I would highly recommend it to anyone!
