I recently ordered lunch from this restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. The nachos with cheese were outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5 for their deliciousness. The atmosphere of the place was inviting and vibrant, also deserving a 5-star rating. Although the service could use some improvement, only reaching a rating of 3, the overall experience was still enjoyable. If you're looking for a great lunch option, I highly recommend trying the nachos!
I want to express my gratitude for the excellent service provided by the delightful young man named Zeke at this restaurant. He was friendly from beginning to end, and the presentation of my food was fantastic. His cheerful and welcoming demeanor was truly refreshing. I was quite disappointed with my visit. There was way too much rice and not enough meat in my dish. It seems like they might be using cheaper rice instead of focusing on the meat, which could explain the imbalance. On a positive note, there's always parking available outside of lunchtime, which is really convenient.
My only issue is that they drive through, meaning they have to swipe their card at the POS machine to pay. This makes me a bit anxious since they can't always see her clearly. However, Zambrero is absolutely delicious! I always enjoy coming here.

Zambrero remains one of my favorite fast-casual restaurants. I visited the Kingston location for the first time, and it did not disappoint! The service was excellent, and the food was as delicious as ever.
Spent $32 on two Nacho meals and still left hungry... my gosh tiny little bowls more nacho chips than meat, you guys have nothing on Gomez that's for sure won't ever be back was lukewarm too...
Love the food and service but had to wait a painfully long time for the payment to go through. Issues with POS system be warned. Might have to seek out an alternative till it’s fixed :
