The customer service at this restaurant was very poor. The server, Julisa, took my order incorrectly and when I informed her of the mistake, she insisted I would have to pay again to place a new order. I simply wanted them to correct my order as they were the ones who made the error. Julisa was extremely rude and unhelpful, and instead of rectifying the situation, she argued with me and denied making a mistake. When I asked to speak to someone who could assist me, she claimed the owner was unavailable. As a result, the issue was not resolved and I had to pay for the incorrect order.
