The staff seems indifferent to their work, and they pay even less attention to the quality of the food. Everything served was cold. The side of refried beans was so hard that it was impossible to eat with chips. When I asked for them to be warmed up, they were microwaved in their Styrofoam container, which melted in the process — yet they still handed it to me. The limited-time shrimp tacos were flavorful, but once again, they were served cold. To top it off, the service was both slow and apathetic. I really don't understand why this place has such a high rating.
I grew up visiting Zantigo in Ohio in the late '70s, and I recall when they changed their name to Zapatta in Minnesota before returning to Zantigo. Not much has changed, but their green chili and cheese burritos, along with the bowls, are fantastic. The chilitos and tacos offer a great variety as well. I absolutely love this place! Plus, the staff in Woodbury, MN, is incredibly friendly.
Newly remodeled and honestly tastes a bit better than what I remember. Unlike another particular chain that serves Tacos this place probably won't remove fan favorite items from their menu every so often. I would give a solid 5/5 but it seems like prices went up and servings got smaller.
Chilito’s are 1/3 smaller compared to a year ago, so that is how they kept the price the same. Inflation is a bummer and I get that everything costs more, but the flavors were bland and the chilitos were skimpy on cheese. Disappointing.

Observing the staff in the kitchen, it’s clear they are overwhelmed and waiting too long for someone to handle the orders. If you don’t have at least an hour to spare, I recommend avoiding this location!
Service slow as molasses. Took 25 minutes to make a cheese quesadilla which contained soggy tomatoes and looked like it was microwaved. My kid would not even eat it. Total waste of time and money!
Taco burrito is delicious. Only issue I have are with the relatively high prices…I’d eat here more frequently if it was more affordable.
Newly remodeled. Food is always great! If you haven't had a chilito, you aren't living life. They are so good!

An alternative to the other Taco chains. Smaller menu but bursting with flavor ! Not open Sundays.
Little more expensive than other fast food taco places, but it's worth the difference in cost.
