that is real local restaurant. even they will go through the city and they will not meet anyone. they have the impression that no one is here. but please open the doors to zarrabenta when they will meet the locals. Eating is typical basky. they can eat big croquetas, pimientos verdes. we also order really big steak (chuleton de vaca vieja) but there are some special dishes that they do not find in the menu: local paella with meat and cocido (swede bean with chorrizio) both are really cheap, big porcions and really delicious.

El bar, regentado por una señora alegre y entrañable, requiere una parada en el camino. Recomendamos sentarse en el banco de fuera a ver la vida pasar y hablar con la señora. No perderse el jamón.

Un clásico que nunca falla. En esta ocasión han sido unas raciones que han hecho honor a la fama de este restaurante. Kokotxas, pimientos rellenos jamón (que no falte),... Todo riquísimo.
