Very disappointing! The woman at the stand was extremely rude and simply refused to understand my order. A hot chocolate without cream shouldn't be anything extravagant to her, in my opinion. Nevertheless, she couldn't fulfill my order. Instead, I received a cold chocolate with cream. The taste was also very questionable. For that price, I definitely could have had a better hot chocolate in a more pleasant atmosphere. Extremely overpriced. Never again.
One star is still too many. I could still taste ingredients from the previous customer in their own ice cream, which wasn't particularly good either. Despite two customers in front of me and rinsing the machine, I could still taste chili. This is extremely dangerous, especially for those with allergies, as they use nuts and other ingredients here! Not recommended!
Unfortunately, I can 't recommend this place. The coffee is significantly overpriced—€3 for a small, half-full takeaway coffee seems unreasonable. Furthermore, the hot chocolate I ordered wasn 't warm enough. The employee also had difficulty understanding my order. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. One star too many!
