Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I recently tried Zaxby's for the first time and I'm now a fan! The food had great flavor, was well cooked, and the fries were seasoned perfectly. Not to mention, there were many sauce options to choose from. The service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was top-notch. I went for lunch and the price per person was between $10-20. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 5.

I have to admit, the food at Zaxby's always deserves 5 stars. The chicken is delicious. The drive-thru experience is great, with a 100% positive atmosphere. The sun was shining and the lady taking my order was friendly. However, the wait for my chicken tenders and fries was unbelievably long. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Went during my lunch break to see try this new chicken Philly. It was amazing along with some very hot fries. Plus the service was extremely fast and polite. Worst customer service most days. Slow, no urgency, apathetic. Often have orders with mistakes so i always check before leaving. Example sat at the drive through window for over 7 minutes and all I had was a drink. 4 people standing at the window area.
