Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

It has a become an every time issue at this place with the Hispanic girls that work here NOT providing good customer service, at first I thought they might not be having a good day, but when I come to this place and EVERY SINGLE TIME they are rude, and NEVER give me the sauces they CHARGE ME EXTRA FOR, and on top of that they act like I'm wrong and give me an attitude for asking for the things I PAID FOR, now that's a serious problem with them. I hope their manager has better customer service skills then they do, and gives them a new training on what great customer service should be. It's rude and disrespectful to laugh at your customers with your co-workers while we are at the window paying...

Rude staff, extremely salty chicken and soggy fries. Every single time. Not sure how you can screw up one of the only things you sell. I'm glad I moved won't be back even with the bogo coupon, but I'm excited to fill out the corporate survey.I requested my fries to be extra crispy multiple times with todays order. Still soggy. They were not busy. And again, not the first or 5th time, but it's my last.Thanks for solidifying that the food is trash.

Greeted immediately when I came in the door, even being slightly busy or in a lunch rush maybe. Clean restrooms/dining area. Seemed very well organized or great team work in the back between ordering, cooking/getting the food prepared, getting food to drive thru/dine-in/carry-out. Also to mention the front cashier kept a smile on her face was super sweet/respectful as well ! (Name Dayanara maybe I think?

Zaxbys has the best chicken tenders, but the fries have fallen off over the past couple of years. They seem to be always soggy, old, or undone. The service is always great, and I never had a bad experience, but my fav. are the French fries that make it disappointing! Réservez une table maintenant

You don’t usually have to wait in line long, but there are times when I have sat there a while because they got busy on a weekend. The staff does a good job the food is always good. They have not ever gotten our order wrong, which is pretty rare if you ask me.
