Was the second time I went to this Zaxby's. The first time was good the second time not so good. The second time I ordered boneless wings without sauce on them sauce on the side. I was charged for two sauces which is 50 cents. That shouldn't have been charged for, and I didn't get any toast with this meal but I did the last one. So I don't know if it's really supposed to come with toast or not but it'd be nice if they would do it the same every time. I'm sorry but I won't be going back to this Zaxby's
First time going to a Zaxby's. Super impressed. Big fan of the buffalo garlic boneless wings. Enjoyed the sauce. The Texas toast is a nice unexpected feature. One of the best value vs volume meals ever. I was in town for a week so I went back for a return trip later in the week. Super fast drive through.
I've visited this restaurant six times now, and unfortunately, half of my food has been inedible each time. The fries are often undercooked, and the chicken is either greasy or has unpleasant chewy bits. I hate to leave this feedback, but I really hope you can address these issues.
I dont know what has happened with their food last 3times its not been good,food has been cold,fries hard an cold.i only gave it a 3 because everything was clean an employees were friendly. Not sure if I will eat there anymore. I can pay a little more an get better chicken!!!

The food is consistently excellent, and the service is decent. However, I wish the ambiance were warmer throughout all four seasons, as the cold atmosphere makes it difficult to fully enjoy the meal.
There's nothing quite like Zaxby's Kickin' Chicken Sandwich, and this location gets it perfect every time. The service is faster, and they consistently deliver exactly what you order.
sometimes their wings have sown all the way. in principle can be like dry chicken balls that someone had a little bit of soaking on. most of the time, although it is correct.
First time trying their food. I got the chicken fingers meal. Very decent food, but wasn't very memorable. Not something I'll go out of my way to get again.

Tyrese is the best drive thru person ever. Dude is lit (but not literally management) and has sick taste in anime. Also did good job at his job.
Love the Zalads and the cornmeal based breading on the chicken. Fries are meaty and crinkle cut. Always pleased with Zaxby's.
