Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

So, the only reason I continue to go to Zaxbys in Washington, NC is because they are 1 of 2 places that have the coke freestyle machine. I literally go almost every single day for drinks from here by myself or with my husband when he gets off work. Our daughter loves the cookies. Almost EVERY SINGLE TIME we order food, it's not right. I've had issues that management has fixed, and I am thankful for that, but I just don't understand. Today is a perfect example. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich combo with EXTRA lettuce and this is what we get. Food was fresh and drive thru wait time was pretty quick during a lunch rush. They were out of carbonated drinks so I had to settle for a sweet tea but, other than that no complaints here.

Drive thru was fast, personnel were professional, courteous and friendly. Food was served hot, fresh and it was delicious.
