Favorite meal I 've had in all of Europe. Their three platter menu comes at an amazing price point in switzerland, and the menu is extremely creative when it comes to ingredient and flavor choice. I went with the foie gras plat, and I was amazed by every dish. Felt very japanese influenced. The black sesame homeade brioche, homemade and toasted went extremely well with the nori and sake terrine. The foie gras and shisho summerroll was extremely refreshing and light, perfect contrast to the other dishes. Wir durften uns an einen Tisch setzen und bekamen die Speisekarte. Erst als wir sagten, dass wir nur Dessert bestellen wollen, hiess es, dass es nur erlaubt ist hier zu sitzen wenn man ein volles Menü bestellt. Es sind also nur Kunden die das grosse Geld bringen erwünscht. Das hat für uns nichts mit Kundenfreundlichkeit zu tun und haben das Restaurant deswegen verlassen.
We were allowed to sit at a table and given the menu. Only when we said that we only wanted to order dessert, was it said that you are only allowed to sit here if you order a full meal. So only customers who bring in big money are wanted. For us, this has nothing to do with customer friendliness and we left the restaurant because of it.
Sincerely superb surprise! When I saw the prices, I said to myself “God knows it’s like those gastro restaurants or it’s not incredible and expensive” but not at all! Everything is incredible quality, super good and super beautiful

The location is in a very nice and famous place in Vevey. The concept they like to sell you is not for everyone. In my opinion, too many different foods for one small serving. From what I understand, the menu is always different
We went there for dinner, located right near the lake. The food was delicious but the menu is so confusing, some are starters some are proper meal, you kinda guessing. Desert was tasty.
Top of the top! Great for a dinner. Super concept and very tasty plates. You can choose from several themes and whatever you pick, you won't be disappointed
We had the Chefs surprise meni which offered the best on the menu at a good price, highly recommend it, good wine lust, nice staff, nice location

Difficult to get a table but we had a delicious dinner. Staff also very friendly and they speak English.
