Ordered a chip naan sandwich tonight which turned up an hour and a half late....rang up to see where the order was to be told that the delivery driver gave it to the wrong address on my street. I was told that we will receive a ‘fresh’ order in 5 minutes. How can they properly cook my order and deliver it in 5 minutes? The order finally came and in minimal words it was cold, the chips were undercooked, the naan was overcooked on the outside and undercooked in then middle. The worst is yet to come, I found 3 black hairs imbedded into the naan bread, which obviously churned my stomach. Ordered through Just Eat. Cost me £20 just for my food. The ice cream was packed in with the 'hot ' food so was completely melted, not even cold at all. So I called to complain and after talking to 3 people they sent a replacement. The food was like warm. The bastille had zero flavour The naan was mushy and sweaty the poppadom was soft and stale. I left most of it. Then thought at least they replaced the ice cream so got that out the freezer and realised they 'd sent the wrong one and not even a flavour I like so I called again and told them what they 'd done. Ordered from them for years and always enjoyed their curries but recently they have missed things from every order and got things wrong, when I called to tell them this time the response was what do you want us to do about it? This will be the last time I order from them as I tired of letting my food go cold while I wait for them to redeliver the correct items, it 's not worth ruining the family nights in because they just don 't seem to care about the service anymore.
The curry lacks flavor and the kebabs are dry. I requested cheese on my pizza but it came with sardines and an egg instead. I found it disgusting! The only good parts of my meal were the coke and ketchup. I ended up throwing it in the trash. I also heard rumors of child labor being used at this restaurant. Ordered £23 worth of food last night and it took over a hour and half get delivered even though website said 45mintues. Food come freezing ended up putting it in the microwave. Burger was over cooked and tasted nasty so went in the bin. Curry was supoose be chicken put came with prawns in. Wrong food Freezing cold Long wait Poor service Place needs shutting down.
