Zel's Roast Beef - Réservation de table

I haven't visited this restaurant in quite some time, and it’s unlikely I will return. If the older staff members have a negative attitude, they really shouldn't be the first faces customers see. I was served a spoiled pineapple milkshake. Returning it wasn't an issue since the employee noticed the smell, which was reminiscent of milk that has been left in the fridge two weeks past its expiration date. I was told that the issue was with the pineapples and was offered another flavor. I chose strawberry, and I regret not trying it on the spot. I paid to get cheese on my Italian beef sandwiches and most of the cheese ended up on the bag because the sandwiches wasn't placed in the bag correctly. They use to put the sandwiches in separate containers. The sandwiches and fries were ok. Definitelynot worth the price!! The customer service could have been better. No thank you was given after you paid for your order and/orwhen your order was given to you. I wasn't impressed!!

I was quite disappointed with my experience. I ordered a burger, and it had the flavor of a typical frozen patty. On the upside, the chili cheese fries were delicious. Perhaps I should have opted for the roast beef instead, as that's what they’re famous for.

The woman at the register was rather unfriendly and had a poor attitude. I didn't get my change, which was just two cents, but it was still my money. I was also trying to make sure my burger didn’t have any tomatoes or ketchup on it because of my allergy. Réservez une table maintenant

This restaurant is an incredible place to dine, genuinely one of the last remaining treasures among a dwindling selection of eateries. The food is consistently outstanding, and the staff are exceptionally friendly.

I like Zeus a lot. I wish there menu would increase with more variety of foods. Still if you like roast beef sandwiches or hamburgers, this is the place to go.

The restaurant is cozy, but finding parking can be difficult. The chili lacks a homemade flavor. On the positive side, the staff is always courteous.

The flavor is what you would expect from a Chicago Italian beef that has been made in Indiana. It didn't meet my expectations. Réservez une table maintenant

It was nice to try a Chicago roast beef sandwich outside of O'Hare airport... I was not disappointed with the sandwich.
