Sowas von UNFREUNDLICH haben wir überhaupt nur sehr selten erlebt! Vielleicht ist Nomen aber auch einfach nur Omen ?! Wikipedia weiß zu ZEN unter anderem: Oft wird gesagt, dass Zen „nichts“ biete: keine Lehre, kein Geheimnis, keine Antworten. ...und anscheindend erst recht keine Gastlichkeit!? Nach einem Bummel und Einkauf in der KÖ 8 waren wir hungrig und wollten @home nicht mehr kochen. Zugegeben, es war just 20:00 Uhr und das Zen schließt laut Öffnungszeiten genau dann. Aber es war noch offen und zwei Tische waren auch noch mit Gästen besetzt. Bei der Bestellung guckte man uns schon an, als kämen wir von einem anderen Stern und anstatt uns mitzuteilen, dass der Zapfenstreich bereits vorüb...

After a walk and shopping in the KÖ 8, we were hungry and did not want to cook @home anymore. Admittedly, it was only 20:00 and the Zen closes after opening hours. But it was still open and two tables were still occupied with guests. At the order we were already looked at as if we were from another star and instead of telling us that the blow of the cones is already over, we were counted, the 21⁄2 dishes were still available at all. They were then half-warm on the table...
First of all, I have to say that the food tastes good (so 2 stars). ABER, before the customer speak permanently in his own language and so be badly laughed, is really not at all. What kind of thing is that to the customer? Every time it's the same. If you don't enjoy the job, you have the opportunity to close the shop. You should remember, you want to make money and not us! You have the feeling of being out of place. If this doesn't change in the future, I avoid eating with you. The customer ensures your sales and not otherwise!!!!!!!
