The restaurant has a very interesting interior, adorned with numerous pictures and paintings of Naruto. You place your order at the counter but can dine in. The menu features a typical selection of Japanese ramen. Unfortunately, they didn't have any karaage, which my wife had been hoping to try. She thought it was fried chicken, but it turned out to be chicken katsu instead. We also ordered potstickers, and I had the tonkotsu ramen. Everything was quite tasty!
The place is a cool place. The people are really really nice. But the food is terrible. Almost no flavor. My chicken ramen taste like fish. The broth was so gross. My chicken was cold. I think this place gets all the hype because it’s Naruto themed. But just go somewhere else. It’s so bad. You can make better ramen at home I promise. I wanted to like it but it was not possible. Side note the gyoza was alright wish I would of just gotten that had I known.
I returned a month later and made the same request, but they refused to substitute the imitation crab without charging me extra. I would have been fine with just extra rice or lettuce or anything else. Instead, I ordered spicy tuna nachos, but once again, I had to ask for the fake crab to be left off with no option for a substitute. I won’t be going back. What a letdown.
The Tonkatsu ramen is absolutely amazing. I always order extra eggs and fish cakes with it. The chicken buns are consistently delightful and make for a great light lunch; they may seem small but are quite filling. The Pop Rock burrito is also fantastic—very flavorful and a large portion. Not my favorite Zen for sure, The food was good it was just the service. I can see you leaving the walk in cooler door open, and if you’re talking to a coworker it shouldn’t be so loud that I can hear it at the table. Kind of a weird spot, the one on Garfield is much better
I had a great experience at this restaurant with their delicious poke and shoyu ramen. They are also accommodating for no-carb diets. The broth was perfectly seasoned, and the place has a lovely design with impressive artwork. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
I ordered the chicken buns, the Veggie Love, and the Pop Rock sushi burrito, and they were all delicious! My family has been ordering from this restaurant at least twice a month; the food is amazing. Thank you so much!

Really cute place with very quick service. Soup base was super rich. I just wish the egg was more soft boiled or marinated.
