Das Shizen ist ein Ort, an dem man nicht nur kulinarisch , sondern auch vom Ambiente und Service neue Erfahrungen machen kann. Zunächst ist bemerkenswert, wie unmittelbar und persönlich man als Gast wahrgenommen wird. Wir waren gestern zum ersten Mal im Shizen – und sind absolut begeistert! Vom ersten Moment an spürt man, dass hier mit viel Herzblut gearbeitet wird. Das Essen war nicht nur geschmacklich herausragend, sondern auch optisch ein echtes Erlebnis. Jede Kreation war mit so viel Liebe zum Detail angerichtet. Die besondere Kulisse und das stimmige Ambiente machen den Besuch zu weit mehr als „nur“ einem Restaurantabend – es ist eine einzigartige, ganz besondere Erfahrung, die man so schnell nicht vergisst. Die Beschreibung von dem Wort „sensationell“ ist in diesem Wunderschönen Laden zu finden. Ganz herzlichen lieben Dank an Sina und Sofien für die Gastfreundschaft, Service, sehr gute Empfehlungen, sehr leckere Drinks und sehr gute Gerichte, dazu kommt Licht, Musik und Raumgestaltung. Die Mischung aus Wohnzimmer Gefühl und Gehobene Gastronomie. Den Abend war für mich so was von Rund. Sogar die Gäste waren Niedlich, Nett und offen, Also der Charme von Sofien und Sina hat sehr gut und schnell auf die Gäste abgefärbt. Trotz das alles finde ich reichen die Wörter nicht!!
