I am not sure how anyone could rate this place lower than a 5-star rating. The owners, staff, location, food, cocktails, and service are all of high quality and deserving of a 5-star rating. A few months ago, my father passed away and instead of a funeral, he wanted a life celebration party. Although we are from New Jersey, we all live in Florida now and had to reserve Zeris Inn from there. We flew up for the weekend and the owner was extremely helpful. I know this review is overdue, but I wanted to express how grateful my husband and I are to the staff at Zeris Inn. When we were struggling to find a location for our April 2019 wedding ceremony and reception, they welcomed us with open arms and even offered us the use of their garden area at no extra cost for the ceremony. The staff guided us through the hectic planning process with kindness and warmth, helping us with everything from table arrangements to color schemes. The restaurant experience was not great. I attended a banquet here and found that the food was either bland or overly salty. There were also instances of hair found in two dishes. The dessert, specifically the ice cream, was freezer burned and lacked flavor. The coffee and overall food quality were barely passable. The only positive aspect was the friendly and polite servers. However, I would not recommend this restaurant and do not plan on returning.
I had a fantastic experience at this event space for my friend's bridal shower. The management did an excellent job at seamlessly organizing the event. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. The venue provided the perfect backdrop for an amazing event. The food served was delicious, with a buffet-style spread that was cooked to perfection. I couldn't think of a better place to host a beautiful bridal shower.

This is THE worst place ever. The management are the opposite of customer focused. We had the worst experience overall. I can't even write it down it was so bad.
