2 stars because it is good food and coffee. Service ridiculously slow. Even if you think ordering from the app will be faster, think again. 20 minutes in line last time. This time, once again, out of what i ordered and didn 't say anything until I was there and would have to wait for something else. Oh and they go ahead and charge for it before you get it and then say 7 to 14 days for refund. Can 't imagine how long making something else would take given the time it takes when you order ahead. I wonder how long it will take to get refunded this time. 3 weeks again?!!! No need to comment back to contact support Ziggis. Been there done that, not even a month ago and still had to wait 3 weeks f...
Me and my mom have been here twice, the first time we went i got an iced Colorado mocha and my mom got a mile high twist frappuccino. Both were delicious! This time i had to get my own mild high twist, and let me just say.. This drink is SOOOOO tasty!?? It has peanut butter in it. who would've thought, Peanut butter and coffee? This place is my new favorite coffee place! Way better then dunkin or Starbucks! And, they give you a punch card and punch a hole for each drink you buy, i think its 10 drinks until a free one. I'm pretty sure its about 6 dollars and some change for a 24 ounce, which is pretty good, better then starbucks. Anyway, love this place and will definitely be coming back soon...
I crossed the street to Ziggi's Coffee to grab a drink for a coworker who looked really tired. I decided to try a white mocha hot coffee along with a fresh drink made with dragon fruit and green tea. I’ve never tasted anything so delicious! The barista was incredibly kind and suggested adding an extra shot of concentrated coffee for my colleague to give him a little boost. We both enjoyed our coffees, and I've been a big fan of Ziggi's ever since that day.
As someone who recently moved from Washington, I can confidently say that this is one of my top three favorite coffee spots in Oklahoma. They offer a wide variety of hot and cold drinks, all packed with flavor, and the service is impressively quick. The staff is respectful and efficient. I have to give a special shoutout to dear Ziggi— I don’t know what I would do without her!

The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, with friendly and helpful staff who love to engage in light-hearted conversation. Unlike some pretentious coffee shops in the area, they create a relaxed environment. My favorite is the honey coconut milk steamer, but their coffee is delightful as well. Well done!
Extremely happy I finally found a coffee place with gluten free pastries so I can feel like a normal human and get a Pastry in a drive-thru. Loved the customer service ad well, it's right across thr street from my new job so I can't wait to go all the time
Have never had a bad coffee from here. Always good, satisfying, and makes the hubby happy huge Lee satisfying and excellent! And I do like how they put a coffee bean on top of your coffee just a little bonus that says thank you I feel. Love it.
Favorite drive thru coffee joint. Fast, incredibly friendly service, huge assortment of drinks they're open on Sundays which is my favorite day to treat myself to fancy caffeinated drinks while cruising around Tulsa.

I really enjoy the Gold Rush cold brew, but I can't order anything else because they don't seem to have much knowledge about coffee. They told me they couldn't add classic syrup to my iced coffee, only vanilla.
First time visitor, I tried their Gold Rush Cold Brew with half the amount of sweetness and it was perfect for me. The barista was also friendly and we had a nice chat I'll definitely be back
