Zio Cecio - Réserver une table

I really wanted to like this place; however, reality didn't match with expectations. Our waiter seemed to have been sentenced to his job – certainly he didn't relish performing it. He mostly stood by the bar and stared into space. He was helpful in choosing a wine but other than that, mostly ignored us. Perhaps he thought that we stopped by to do him a favor. (It doesn't work that way. My appetizer, Polpo in a tomato-based sauce, arrived lukewarm with a cool center even though the rim of the small dish in which it was served showed that it had once been heated. We have dined at Zio Cecio several times. Salads were great and large enough to share. The vegetable lasagna was not as good as previous visits. Veggies consisted a lot of onions and could not tell what other diced vegetables were in it. Margherita pizza was good, as was the bolognese pasta. Shared the limoncello and tiramisu for dessert. Desserts were delicious, light creamy and flavorful.

This place is incredible on all levels! From the owners interaction with his guests, the service level from the wait staff and most importantly, the food!!! EVERYTHING we’ve tried over several visits has been fantastic. A great experience all the way around. #highlyrecommend
