My Server Was Amazing!! She Is So Friendly With Laughs Great Medicine For The Soul And Great Customer Service. On Top Of Everything From Water Drinks To Refills And Food Delivery Fast To My Table. Enjoyed The Special Beef Stew With Rice Of Course Mac Salad, Yummy !!! Dessert After, AMAZING!!! Jello With Ice Cream And Whip Cream, I LOVE IT!!! Thank You So Much For Your Amazing Service!!!! Had my Thanksgiving lunch with my aunty uncle at the Zippy's Waiau, which is like an iconic place here in Hawaii. My uncle ordered a juice with no ice as his teeth is getting too sensitive, but the waitress brought the juice with ice. So he mentioned it nicely and the waitress promptly brought another juice without charging with a very nice cheerful personality, which my uncle aunty got all happy about. Moreover, the turkey ham combo turned out okay so it turned out to be a very good Thanksgiving lunch.

I felt somewhat overwhelmed by the menu but was a bit disappointed with my meal. The food is basic fast food with some effort put into it, but it didn't quite meet my expectations for a first visit. While the menu offers a wide variety, it felt a bit chaotic for a newcomer. The dining area looks a bit outdated, and the air conditioning wasn't set to a comfortable level.

I had the spaghetti with garlic bread, which is one of my favorite dishes there. It was excellent. What I appreciate about Zippy's is that you can count on consistent quality at almost any location. I left feeling satisfied. I bring all my family and friends from the mainland, and they love it too. As a Zipster, I enjoy earning points there. I really love Zippy's! Réservez une table maintenant

The air conditioning in this restaurant has been out of order for months, making it quite warm inside, though there are large fans scattered throughout. Our server, Aracelli, has been exceptional. She's incredibly friendly and ensured that our food arrived quickly.

The best zippy’s in Aiea or Pearl City. Sometimes the seating or service is a little slow. But the food is consistently good. Hit a Teri cheeseburger with no side and a small saimin. Good coffee.

Thanksgiving meal pick up was extremely well organized. Didn't get out of the car, the just loaded up my trunk I drove off. Super easy food was excellent. Ate the futomaki on the way home!

The ac is finally fixed now freezing. Our server, Aracelli, is the best though. She's fast friendly. She makes sure our food comes fast.
