I stopped by for a quick visit on a busy Saturday evening. The wait times were a bit long, but I’m quite patient, so I didn’t mind as long as my food arrived. I enjoyed the calamari and garlic pizzabrot, which were both excellent. Although I didn’t have a main course, I did indulge in dessert—the hot chocolate pudding with vanilla ice cream. It was delicious but quite rich! The service from the waitstaff was good, though a bit more communication about food preparation times during busy periods would be helpful. Overall, it was a lovely meal!
A good restaurant. I always thought their menu was a bit bland, it was the same stuff and there wasn't much choice however it's recently been updated, and the choice is really good. The food tastes good and the portions are massive. They also have a variety of new drinks as well such as nonalcoholic cocktails. I highly recommend this for good Italian food; though, it might get busy, so if you want to get a table reserve one.
Dining here was enjoyable and met the expectations I had for a Zizzi's. Unfortunately, their fryer was out of order that day, so we couldn't order some of the items we originally wanted. However, we were able to find suitable alternatives. It was also great to see that they offered good vegan options for others in our group.
Zizzi has always given tasty food, no matter what I have order it has been very nice. The service has is great by all staff. Today Roland was our waiter and we were looked after brilliantly, couldn't have been looked after better, so a BIG Thank you to Roland. Worth a visit any day, we will be going again. I visited this restaurant with my daughter and son, and we had a lovely evening. The waiter was friendly and attentive to our needs. They even made gluten-free pizzas for us, which were delicious. Be sure to ask about the student discount; it’s available on certain days!
