We found the downstairs area to be very loud, so we requested a table upstairs. We did not have a reservation but were still accommodated. We enjoyed the sticky pig pizza, which had an ultra-thin base and was full of flavor. However, we were not impressed with the mushroom starter as it lacked taste. Our bill for two people, including a non-alcoholic drink, came to just under £40. Overall, we had a mixed experience at the restaurant.
Zizzi's provided a typical experience. It had been a while since my last visit and there were some changes. The arrancini with mozzarella was smaller than I remembered, with six small balls instead of three larger ones. It almost felt like two different variations of the dish. The bruschetta was tasty and the service was satisfactory. Overall, everyone at the table enjoyed their meals.
Went back here after years of not going. The resteraunt is a lovely venue, and it was great to spend some one on one time with the wife. Food was lovely, just as I remembered the staff were very helpful and polite. Food was lovely, served 6 was a reasonable price. I would recommend visiting if you like Italian food
Absolutely faultless from start to finish, especially as we booked a table last minute. The food was fresh and delicious, with an impressive selection of gluten free, dairy free and vegan/veggie options. Every member of staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. Really enjoyed our first visit to this Zizzi location. Had the favourites sharer which was very yummy especially the calamari. Followed by king prawn fettucini and rainbow lasagna. Too full for pudding. Atmosphere nice with great play list of some of my oldy music favourites. The girl who served us was very nice.
Great looking restaurant from the outside and inside exposed brick, good lighting and old wooden boards exposed. Menu choice brought us in as had not booked, Lulu was very helpful and friendly throughout. Plenty of staff so food served quickly, Bruschetta and Linguine first class. Be coming back soon.
Great service. Amazing members of staff. I have a food intolerance and they were amazing checked absolutely everything for me. Very welcoming and funny. Will definitely be coming back again ASAP. The food at this restaurant is amazing. My family and I all enjoyed it. We paid £147 for four people, without any alcoholic drinks, and I thought it was a fair price. Just wanted to give you an idea of the cost. It was definitely worth it and I am looking forward to going back again. Réservez une table maintenant
Quick Service, Drinks were served pretty much straight away. Food came quick too and was very well prepared. Had a cappuccino after and was hotter than anything known to man kind. My tongue isn’t in a very good way.
