Zizzi - Hitchin - Réserver une table

I wanted a nice night out whilst waiting for my kids who were at a party. Despite having booked a table inadvance, i was kept waiting at the table for drinks for over 40 mins! I ordered the salad. When the food eventually arrived it was mostly a plate of rocket leaves and not much else. I had overcooked, overburnt and over fried artichoke and the chicken tasted like artificial over processed meat!. It was all very tasteless. I DO NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone. The website is misleading. I wish i had now gone to the Pizza Express down the road from it. Zizzi was a total waste of my money and evening!!!!

I've been there for lunch on a weekday and it was a better experience than on Saturday night dinner. Most likely to be a Saturday night, noise levels were high, the waitress forgot one of the appetizers, and one of the pasta dishes was undercooked. So I had to wait with my ready dishes to cook my partner. Overall an acceptable experience. I don't want to stop coming back, but probably avoid the busy nights.

Do not have our booking Man said we could have a table and they did not have three main dishes without normal coke or no brownie! Food ordered bad quality had to wave at mercifuls to get their attention to order our second drink after an hour there we will not return

The Risottopesce had too much chili in it. I had this in the same restaurant twice before and it was delicious, unfortunately this time someone definitely over the chili.

Staff were lovely and very helpful. It was a Friday night, not busy. Food very disappointing. No taste; not enough topping on pizza; pork was bland I could go on...
