Excellent food and great friendly service. Situated in the heart of the Hub at Milton Keynes in the square. Ideal for those staying in the hotels which surround the Hub. Plenty of bars too. The waiter was very helpful and kept an eye without being intrusive. The menu has a good range to suit tastes and pocket. Not fine dining but smart casual non the less. Only downside is the loos are upstairs they are very well appointed but I couldn't see a lift or a downstairs disabled maybe I missed it? I am not disabled but do have hip problem and would rather not have to go upstairs for a loo visit. Especially if I want to have a glass of wine.
The menu is extensive with choices to suit different tastes and diets. I'm particularly impressed but the dessert menu, which I feel restaurant chains often slack on. I would highly recommend the salted caramel brownie (served with vanilla gelato, chocolate sauce to pour over the top and generous white chocolate shavings)! My only custicism is that our food took longer than I would have expected given we were the only guests when we arrived.
The restaurant was very busy and we were a large group, but they catered very well for the kids, and for dietary requirements, everything was checked and served, the staff were friendly even though they were rushed off their feet, and helpful with the voucher. No complaints from anyone about the food, was enjoyed by all.
We booked a table for a birthday celebration but the restaurant made absolutely no effort to make the day special. They haven’t even wished us happy birthday. I’m not sure what’s the point of ticking the “birthday” box at the time of booking. I was very disappointed. The overall service was pretty average too.

Table booked online 24 hours before, wasn’t on list so wasn’t ready. Waited just shy of 2 hours for mains, with only being told that some ingredients for two meals weren’t available, so had to change our order 1.5 hours after initially ordering. Had to chase drink orders multiple times.
Wouldn't bother to eat here without offers. Food ok, but service generally appalling. Watched several waiters walk past my food which was sitting on the side, before I pointed it out to the manager. He went and got it, but no apology, or offer to get a fresh plate.
Fabulous monthly lunch with my special friends! We are always greeted and served very well here. We will be back soon! Thank you and keep up the good work!
Good food but poor service. Very slow. People seated after us were served first. Speed of service Seems a common problem... food was nice though.

Lovely food, do my pizza specially for my liking and it is amazing. Always feel welcome and food is always great for the money
Turned up for booking. Told kitchen closed due to gas issue. No courtesy call. Pretty poor really.
