As a chain Italian restaurant, it's not too bad and you could do a lot worse with some of it's competitors. Had a large calzone filled with spicy sausage, salami and peppers and it was all pretty good. Filled me up, was tasty, and prices weren't too bad. The member of staff who served us was super friendly and outgoing but not overbearing, which is always appreciated.
Visited here mid afternoon in the week and we ordered the bruschetta, soup and 2 pizzas. All were delicious and arrived quickly. I ordered off the vegan menu just ask if you want to see the vegan menu and there are a few extra choices on there compared to the main menu. Great service. Would recommend.
Zizzi provided excellent service for my family of four during a busy lunchtime. The service was quick and friendly, and the pizza, cooked in a wood-fired oven, was delivered to our table in just 20 minutes. We all enjoyed our meal in the beautiful and relaxed atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit.

I admit to being unhappy to pay, what I consider, over inflated prices for pizza so rarely go to a pizza restaurant. I took my son here as I had 2 for 1 vouchers and the menu choice was fabulous. Much more than just pizza. The service and food was exceptional. Had a wonderful dining experience.
The lasagna at this restaurant is fantastic, but the portions seem smaller compared to those in London. The staff is also excellent. However, we were disappointed that our voucher was not accepted, even though it clearly stated that it could only be used at that time.
