Zoes Kitchen - Réservation de table

My friend and I ordered lunch for delivery. We both were so underwhelmed this Zoes. We both have had Zoes before and always love it but this last time didn 't live up to it. I always order the shrimp kabobs but for whatever reason these weren 't the normal shrimp kabob with the roasted vegetables. They were covered with dill and had only carrots with a few brussel sprouts. I normally have the shrimp kabobs with Zucchini and Paprika with mushrooms, broccoli and some other roasted vegetables. I just wasn 't impressed. My coworker had an issue with her Steak Pita. The meat was dry as well as being over-seasoned with oregano. The grilled onions were so grilled either. I called to place a pick-up order because I was unable to order online. It was my first time ordering from this restaurant. When the cashier asked me which two sides I wanted with my meal, I asked for the options, and she rudely replied, "Can you call back once you've looked at the menu online? We're in a rush." It was evident that she lacked proper customer service training and should be let go. Her attitude is sure to drive customers away! It's unfortunate that I couldn't even try the food!

I'm sooo glad this location just opened up near me! Best news I've received all month. I used to go to one in Charlotte NC when I lived there and was so sad when I moved North and no longer had a Zoe's next to the office......Until they built this one! I am thinking this news will also help me achieve my weight loss goals! Love the convenience of the location coupled with the awesome app which I just started using. Any-who, Happy Customer here! :

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The food was outstanding and the service matched it. The place is very clean, the prices are quite reasonable, and the dishes are delicious, especially if you enjoy Mediterranean flavors. It's a counter-service setup, but they bring the food to your table. There’s some outdoor seating available too. The fresh hummus was fantastic—exactly what I was craving! Ok, we ordered a family meal and really love Zoes. However, in understand why we have to sit outside but they are forcing our family of 6 to sit 6 feet apart at 2 person tables. This is insane.

Very delicious!! I had the lambball pita with side Caesar Salat. I am looking forward to trying all their menu items. Not your average fast food and also healthy!

Wow. I was expecting more typical fast food, but what I got was truly freshly roasted vegetables that I can't stop thinking about!
