Can't recommend this restaurant. The location is great. Nice view on the river rhine. It's a minute walk from the hotel (papa Rhein) but I've never had to wait this long for my food. And when it finally arrived the quality was not up...to standards. The schnitzel extremely dry and tasteless. A free drink for waiting for almost hours could have been the least they could have done.
Not inexpensive, but you usually get what you pay for. Wait staff was efficient while still being attentive given how busy they were. Food was excellent, but what you are paying for is to sit beside the Rhine and watch the barges go by with...the vineyards as a backdrop.
we have eaten in this restaurant too evening, the staff was really great and welcoming, we order salate, steaks and local wine and it was really delicious, it is located on the Rhine and very close to nh hotels recommended.
