Zouji Dumpling House

My parents have been regulars at Zhouji Dumpling House for years. I consider my parents to be somewhat aficionados of Chinese food. The first time my Dad went to China was 1979, and since then has spent a near lifetime as a ?sinophile,? traveling with my mom repeatedly for business and pleasure So when they recommend Zhouji Dumpling House, one should take it seriously. I have eaten there with them multiple times, and the food is consistently high quality and delicious. The food is fresh, delicately flavored, without being overpowered with sticky sweet or overly soy-ed sauces. Additionally, the staff is friendly and efficient. The prices went up and are different from the menu online. Below is the updated menu with the current prices for November 2021. While the vegetable soup dumpling were absolutely amazing, we found the regular vegetable dumplings and the rest of the food to be only good/ok a bit on the oily side. I?m giving it a 4 because the service was beyond slow. Our waiter was so kind but after sitting down it took him 30 minutes to take our order and another 15 minutes just to bring out our drinks, keep in mind we were the only guest in the restaurant. Service could definitely improve!!

This place is really delicious! If you would like something a little different than the traditional Chinese takeout then try this place! I lived in Flushing, Queens for six years and recently moved back to LI. Missing this style of cooking I am so excited to have a good place like this near by! Wishing this place the best of luck!

Definitely one of the best Chinese restaurants I have had. A very good price for high quality food and they serve soup dumplings which most Chinese restaurants don't have. I would recommend this place over any other Chinese food restaurant in the area.

So good! Amazing Peking, and homemade dumplings, very authentic? Willy Nelson the Peking duck guy is awesome lol.. anyways great place to bring friends ???? ????
