A star is still exaggerated for this restaurant. I've never experienced such an unfriendly hostess. She could and at any time give an impression that we are absolutely undesirable. We were a wedding party! And from 23:00 onwards our tables for breakfast were already covered in the guest room. I don't want to mention the countless insults of the other guests.... You feel that you have to apologize for visiting this place! I come from the area and most acquaintances are unfortunately also known. At the time when the old owners ran the restaurant, you could do something good with a visit to the Rosengarten, now you have to recover.
One disaster! In no other place I have ever experienced that the owner not only disturbs such a celebration company, but also insults and unreleases with the most abraded rules around the corner! And there were testimonials like “windows are not opened because the decoration is broken” or “you can move around in the parking lot, so that the room does not stink through the sweaty clothes afterwards” nor the harmless fearful place, terrible owner and my profound sympathy for the bridal couple, whose celebration could only be done with effort to make a successful day!
An incredible restaurant and hotel. Far away from the usual mainstream South Africa meets Gladenbach. The food has tasted more than very good and was very appealing. Also the breakfast best note, only good quality. The hotel room is individually furnished in Lodgestyle. Everything blitzbank and super hygienic. The owner forms the whole with her individual trunk and with heart blood. I'm thrilled. Thanks for the nice stay.
