very expensive, but don't eat really well! we order the englburger and would be extra asked if we like it through or medium, with it being said directly that must be a burger medium. but then I could have ordered myself at the metzger at the meat counter. the burger was completely raw and inedible. after complaint came a new burger who was not really better. never again!

the inner courtyard as well as the ascending spatially directed are original and cosy. a diverse menu also with regionally arranged offer something for every taste. speciality e.g. currywurst from the pal....A comprehensive wine card completes the whole.The service was attentive and friendly

this place offers plenty of choices where to sit. there is the cellar, the garden, the ground floor, all different styles to just sit and enjoy. Great wine card, with some really good local wines (basserman jordan Riesling!). We had a burger which was just great.

a very cozy original cellar restaurant, super ambience!Hatten as an appetizer the champignons in crisp, for 2 people large portion, delicious crispy crispy and juicy champignons inside. hot frying tender like butter, donnersberger freiland poulardenbrust tasty.

the restaurant "alter engl" connects the ambiente of a vaulted cellar with peeled and good weep. there are different portion sizes as well as weep bottle- and glass-wise. upscale kitchen, which you can enjoy in peace and care. a tip for every visitor of speyer.

the menu includes a wide choice of local dishes (the liver meatballs are amazing). the place is pleasant, has several rooms and therefore it is not noisy. very kind and helpful staff. fast service. the price in the average.

we were accommodated as guests in the hotel and therefore visited the restaurant. there was a nice selection of regional oriented, the service was excellent

we have been more often to special occasions in the old angel and always very satisfied. more so! above all the fresh of the food we like very well

we had a birthday dinner here and were excellently hosted .the kitchen I would call a Palatinate with elevated style .
