What a find from beginning to end! I came before my mother, who is a regular lunch guest here and was very, very welcome both by the owner and a few regular. Great place to go when you eat alone or wait... for late arrival. The menu offers traditional German dishes Schnitzel, Steak, poultry dishes as well as salads and some lighter options. We chose to start a daily special Bruschetta and I then chose dumplings with seasonal mushrooms (Semmelknoedel with Pfifferling mushrooms) served in a creamy sauce with a small salad. This restaurant is worth a visit just to chat with the friendly landlord (not sure if he English though..., the food is good and cheap, and you can sit outside and watch the world go in summer (or in the cozy restaurant... in winter).

Great place, delicious food, excellent beer, friendly owner and staff. She asked our waitress about beer and dinner recommendations and she nodded it. Would not hesitate to go back or recommend to someone.

it is a cozy pub. the personal very friendly. Eating is okay, nothing special. to the mouth is also a pub!
