as the title already says, a family-run hotel (5 rooms) with adjoining restaurant. the modern rooms with wlan and the international cuisine of the restaurant know to inspire! during my many service trips to gifhorn I have tried many hotels before location and for me fuchsbau is the best address in gifhorn for overnight and for eating. the fuchsbau is located in the quite idyllic gifhorner district angle and thus somewhat remote. a trip there is worth it. the restaurant is quite small, is very personal and friendly.The ambiente could be a little polished, but eating makes it again. the steaks, which can be combined with various supplements, are very well fried (as ordered) and delicious. also the rest of the card has some interesting dishes to offer.No haute cuisine, but cozy and tasty.
the restaurant fuchsbau is a very nice restaurant a little off the main street of the town, making it very quiet there. the ambiente is very nice and the staff very friendly.The meals are very delicious and extensive. you don't need to be afraid to leave the restaurant hungry.

eating in restaurant is very good. the foods were freshly prepared and have tasted excellent. the prices are reasonable. the fuchsbau is idyllic and you can really relax well. the service is very personal and it is fulfilled to any desire.

a small insider tipp is the restaurant for fuchsbau on all cases. the food is beautifully dressed and the eye is of course with. the service staff is very well trained and has always had an answer on many questions.

War mit meiner Familie am 1. Weihnachtstag zum Buffet essen. Die Vielfalt der Speisen waren sehr gut und alles war auch sehr lecker.
