While I'm on my business trip to Limburg an der Lahn, close to Diez, I decided to stay at Hotel Wilhelm von Nassau in Diez and go to dinner somewhere. Just leaving the hotel, I found this restaurant Zum Hecker at the hotel building. SInce it was August I went for the outdoor terrace and even crowded I found a good place to sit and eat. The restaurant serves local dishes as well as some homemade burgers and good beer. The staff is attentive, prices reasonable, good food. If you don't want or have time to go to downtown Diez for dinner, enjoy it here. It's very good!
